For peace of mind, all costs for materials will be agreed and paid for upfront and any labour costs will be confirmed and paid when all work has been completed. Any extra jobs required will be in addition to the agreed works, invoiced and paid for separately. All agreed and planned larger jobs may require a deposit beforehand.
